All online conference registrations include access to all virtual sessions and all features of the OnAIR portal.
All workshop registrations include attendance at the nominated in-person workshop. Online conference access is not included with workshop registrations.
Each registration must be allocated to one person. Sharing of registrations is not permitted.
Payment must be made online at the time of registration.
A registration confirmation email will be sent to each delegate and, for group registrations, to the nominated group registration contact. For group registrations, only the nominated group registration contact will receive a tax invoice. For individual registrations, a tax invoice will be attached to the registration confirmation email.
You will be required to agree to Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) at point of registration, which indicates your acknowledgment that you will be liable for a cancellation fee if you are unable to attend. In the case of cancellations, please notify CAUL in writing via email at caul@caul.edu.au. Alternatively, a substitute delegate may be nominated.
If the online conference or workshops are terminated due to a Force Majeure occurrence before the first day of the conference, then CAUL will reschedule the affected online conference or workshop and your registration fee will be applied to the rescheduled online conference or workshop.
CAUL will not be liable for any interruptions, defects or shortages that may be caused throughout the event. This includes actions of suppliers, such as EventsAIR and its OnAIR Meeting Platform and Live Streaming platforms.
Your registration entitles you to access to the online conference and/or workshop for which you have registered. All other costs associated with your attendance shall be borne solely by you. CAUL shall have no liability for such costs.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have access to adequate internet connection and equipment to participate in the Online conference. If you are unable to connect to the Online conference as a result of not having adequate internet connection and/or equipment, CAUL will not be liable and no refund will be supplied. It is your responsibility to test your access in advance of the online conference to ensure you are ready to access the event on the day.
By participating in the online conference and/or workshop, you also acknowledge CAUL has the right to record, film, live stream, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you.
All sessions will be recorded and made available to registered participants only. By agreeing to the T&Cs, you agree not to share the data, any recordings and/or any collateral material with others who have not registered to attend the conference.
CAUL reserves the right to change any aspects of the online conference and workshops, including but not limited to, the name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators and time.
